My salesperson, Staci, was so knowledgeable about every question that I asked of her(and I had a LOT of questions). This was the first time I had been shopping for a new car in 20 years and I had no inklin question that I asked of her(and I had a LOT of questions). This was the first time I had been shopping for a new car in 20 years and I had no inkling about all the new gadgets and features(or how to use them). I actually had no intention of buying anything that day, just looking around but Staci made me feel comfortable, not pressured. I ended up falling in love with a 2021 KIA Sorento SUV and didn't leave until I had purchased it and drove it off the lot that same day. Staci not only gave me a lesson on why and what the features did, she also told me to call her or come back if I had any other questions. My experience was A1 all the way. More
