Great service but stop bugging me about the survey!!! You do a wonderful job. Fast. Thorough. Friendly. Very efficient! I don’t hate getting my car serviced anymore. BUT- after each service performe You do a wonderful job. Fast. Thorough. Friendly. Very efficient! I don’t hate getting my car serviced anymore. BUT- after each service performed, I get multiple emails requesting I fill out a survey. Daily. If I don’t answer, I get calls... automated calls. Not even a real person. If I still don’t do the survey, I get requested by text!! Stop already! It makes me not want to return. More

Good efficient service for all matters to date I prefer to get my service done at the dealer I purchase from for resale records. Routine oil change I showed up to Kia for an oil change, without an appointment, and was helped immediately. Not only was my service complete in less than 30 minutes, th I showed up to Kia for an oil change, without an appointment, and was helped immediately. Not only was my service complete in less than 30 minutes, they performed a multi point check and noticed I could use a new set of cabin filters as well. All complete, like I said in less than 30, with a full service center full of customers. Very pleased! More

Amazing! I had gotten into a car accident recently and I had my Kia Rio for 2 years. So when I was dealing with the process with insurance and everything like I had gotten into a car accident recently and I had my Kia Rio for 2 years. So when I was dealing with the process with insurance and everything like that I was stressed and emotional, when I had called Staci Alexander to ask her questions about where to go. She told me to come in and see her! I came in and she helped my family and I out the whole way and was soo supportive and listening to me about my worries and helping me keep my aniexty and stress level down. She helped me get the car I wanted and she helped me deal with some hardships with the insurance. I would go to Staci from now and ever! She is amazing and she goes above and beyond to help her costumers feel like family and help them get their dream car! I will send anyone I know to KIA and to Staci because she is just amazing to be helped by. More

Awesome crew! Staci, Ryan, and all the members of the Kia team were awesome and very helpful! They were able to put us in the vehicle we wanted with no hassle. I interacted with six different dealerships in town, and another four or five out of town, and test drove four vehicles. Staci and her team, at Kia of Lansing, came the closest to meeting my objectives. They were very pleasant to work with. The paperwork was easy and quick, without additional sales pitches for every little offering. More
