Outstanding Customer Service! I had the best test drive/sales experience I could have had. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted! I made an appointment to potentially buy the car and when I got there first thing they opened, the car I was looking at was right out front and looked freshly detailed! I didn't have to play hardball or get wishy-washy, I ended up with a luxury, sports car Stinger GT2 at a price I can afford. I'm so excited, and I recommend this place to anyone! More

The BEST!!!!!! I have owned other makes of cars in my many years of driving. And KIA of Lansing is the best ever!! I had to have a software update to my 2017 KIA Opt I have owned other makes of cars in my many years of driving. And KIA of Lansing is the best ever!! I had to have a software update to my 2017 KIA Optima. It took exactly the time that they said that it would. The next day my engine light started flashing. I called the service department. They said to bring the car in ASAP. I did and they told me that it needed a new wiring harness due to the new software. They gave me a 2019 KIA Forte to drive until mine was fixed. I am so pleased with KIA of Lansing. They care about their customers and it shows!!! My next car will definitely be another KIA!!! Thank-you so very much!!!!!!! More

Needed new battery off the lot I bought my car which was 2 years old. It was unable to start several times after the sale. I called Staci and she said bring it in we'll look at it, I bought my car which was 2 years old. It was unable to start several times after the sale. I called Staci and she said bring it in we'll look at it, so I did. I spoke to the service person telling them the battery had been unable to start the car and error codes were coming up and it needed to be replaced. He said he'd check it out. I was shocked to find out not only had they charged me to confirm it needed a new battery but didn't even offer to replace it. At a minimum they should have waived the cost of confirming the battery was bad. We knew it needed a battery that's why my car wouldn't start until it was jumped each time. After paying for them to test the battery I had to jump start my car to get it off the lot. Customer service and efforts to create a long term relationship were just ruined. More

Thank you They are always very helpful . My daughter went in to the service dept without me and I had full confidence that they was going to treat her right fro They are always very helpful . My daughter went in to the service dept without me and I had full confidence that they was going to treat her right from my initial conversation with the service writer . I thank every body involved for treating her with respect and not trying to RIP her off like other places have tried in the past . Will continue to bring all my cars there . More
