I made the trip from Raleigh, NC to Bowie, MD and the dealership staff did not disappoint. Everyone was very helpful during the process of purchasing a new Jeep Gladiator. Purchased a new Ram 3500 in December, the overall buying expense was great, however 4 months 3 temp tags and several phone calls later I finally received my tags only find out they gave me 1 year tags when expense was great, however 4 months 3 temp tags and several phone calls later I finally received my tags only find out they gave me 1 year tags when I should of received 5 year which will cost me another $800 out of pocket. When I called to ask why I was told they did not collect enough money at the time of sell and the remaining 4 years is up to me to pay for. Will not be purchasing from this dealership again. More
