I took a chance and drove three and a half hours to seal a deal made over the phone with Ourisman. When I arrived, they made good on every promise we talked about on the phone. No surprise fees, no back-peddaling. They kept every word they promised. It was a long drive to and from, but well worth the trip. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in-state, or out.
