Gave me a loaner car for the two days it took to fix my new car. Ended up being a faulty turbo. Stacy and Walters audi in riverside took care of me completely and fixed my car very quick with no charge to me since I bought the car a couple days earlier. Had a great first experience dealing with Audi's service department. Very happy with my first ever Audi car. More

Service Manager David is by far the best!! I been a Walter's customer for a few years and I have never had an issue in their service department. Their manager is always on site making sure all I been a Walter's customer for a few years and I have never had an issue in their service department.
