I do not need to talk about the personnel because in the end they all say what you want to hear. This is regarding the way they handle your vehicle while it is in the shop. I have taken my Audi A6 from end they all say what you want to hear. This is regarding the way they handle your vehicle while it is in the shop. I have taken my Audi A6 from the beginning. And for some odd reason it is always getting damaged one way or another. The first time this happened they broke my front facing camera cover, no big deal. Second, I replaced my battery and ended up with a broken (inoperable) round AC outlet. (Which was never fixed.) Lastly, after picking up my vehicle from its 40k mile oil change I come across a big scratch. (Going from the center of my trunk to the top right corner!) Please be aware of this dealership. There is other Audi dealers in the area. I’m more than sure they will take better care of your Audi while in their hands. Good Luck all! More
