Stacy Samuel was awesome to work with. I had a check engine light on that Ontario couldn't figure out. It was off when I left Ontario and it came back on the next morning. Highly frustr I had a check engine light on that Ontario couldn't figure out. It was off when I left Ontario and it came back on the next morning. Highly frustrated, I called to schedule an appointment, as Ontario said if it come on again just bring it back. They couldn't fit me in for 4 days. I booked an appointment in Riverside and Stacy helped me out. She was very attentive and followed up like I have never experienced. When Riverside was having trouble figuring out the issue Stacy realized I couldn't sit in the lobby all day and got me a loaner. So far so good. The check engine light is still off. Stacey continues to follow up to confirm the problem was resolved. 10 out of 10 in Riverside because of Stacy. I will be coming back because of Stacy Samuel! More
