Love my first experience with this dealer! I went to this dealer based on the good reviews I've read online and I'm so glad I did. We were greeted with smiles and Stan was the one who helped me I went to this dealer based on the good reviews I've read online and I'm so glad I did. We were greeted with smiles and Stan was the one who helped me all throughout with my first car. He provided me necessary information I need and walked me through navigating all the great features. He went above and beyond my expectations, even called me days after I purchase the car to check if I have any problems with it. I felt a very valued customer and I would definitely recommend him and the dealer to my friends and family! More

Great Experience! After researching cars online, my husband and I went to Heritage. We already own a Sonata and were ready to add another Hyundai to the family. Stan is the man! Stan Gabrovski was the salesman that assisted me with purchasing my new Santa Fe. He was extremely helpful with every portion of the buying process. From the first day I walked in inquiring about the vehicle, he took the time to research what I was looking for, and ensure my needs were met. He didn't give me any pressure to purchase the vehicle which was helpful in me making the final decision to make my purchase. I greatly appreciate Stan's patience with me and ALWAYS readily availbale when I reach out to him. He reviewed all of the features during the test drive and set up the features prior to me leaving. Stan was awesome! This was a great car buying expeirence. More

TOOK THE CAR FOR A REGULAR OIL CHANGE I had a gret experience when i was buying car couple a months ago. Stan Gabrovski did the great job. But I am very disappointed with the service whe I had a gret experience when i was buying car couple a months ago. Stan Gabrovski did the great job. But I am very disappointed with the service when i took my car for oil change last week. I had to bring car back after three days cause i find out that they OVERFILL oil level in my car when they was changing oil. They overfill for whole quart above Full line!!!!???? THey did not even apologize, not even tried to rush to fix at, i have to wait for about the hour to be done. I hope that this iresponsible work done on mycar does not damage my engine. I am not sure how they can allowed they workers to make this kind of mistake. This is basic in car maintaince. Very disapointed. Again Stan Gabrovski sold me a car, and I Had great experience and He still keep in touch and when i come to service he comes out and say hi and talk to me. Great employee and good guy. BUT THEY SERVICE OPERATION NEED RECALIBRATION. I am losing time of the work to fix this problem. Maybe they should make Stan probably Manager of Service, cause he is example of great customer service. Hope next time my experence will be better. More

Great Experience Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting to trade my 2011 Sonata in for quite some time and Stan Gabrovski at Heritage Hyundai in Towson, Maryland exceeded my expectations. I had been wanting to trade my 2011 Sonata in for quite some time and had taken my time searching but one day, just happened upon Heritage after work. I was in no rush to sell my car as I wanted a decent deal for it. Car Max in White Marsh and Sheehy Nissan in Glen Burnie were more than disappointing so I was almost ready to give up for a few months. In short, ince I arrived, I was great by Stan in a matter of minutes. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a car or badgered by any salesperson. Stan took the time to ask me what it was I had, what I was looking for, what price range I would be comfortable with, etc. He showed me several options and just made the overall experience easy, comfortable and pleasant. Upon finding a car I wanted, there was actually a mishap in which another salesperson had sold the car a few hours prior, a fact that Stan was not aware of. To be honest....as upset as I was about the perfect car no longer being avaiable (the color I wanted, model, and most importantly the price range), I was ready to walk away. Surprisingly enough Stan seemed more upset than I was! He worked out a deal in which I actually got a better car (upgrade) but was able to keep the same car payment that I would have had with the previous one. I absolutely LOVE my car and could not have been any happier with the whole ordeal. In the weeks following, Stan has called and email to make sure everything has been working properly and to ask if I had any questions. Therefore, in addition to a very clean and polished dealership, ask for Stan...a man who is polite, genuinely good person and a great saleman and you will walk out of Heritage with a smile on your face!
