I wish I bought more cars, since I can't wait to go back! I visited Heritage Hyundai for the first time today, and it was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I had done a lot of online research I visited Heritage Hyundai for the first time today, and it was the best experience I've had at a car dealership. I had done a lot of online research, so I knew which vehicle I wanted to test drive. Stan greeted me when I entered, and asked a few questions about what I was looking for. When he understood which vehicle and options I was interested in, he took me to look at one, then we went for a drive. The car was all I'd hoped it would be, so I said I was ready to move forward. At no time was I pressured by Stan or Randy, the Business Manager, with any sort of hard sell. They wanted to make sure that I got the car that I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with. After asking about my credit status, I was presented with 3 options of down payment with 3 different payment terms for each (48-, 60-, and 72-month) and was asked which looked like the best fit. I then went to the Business Manager's office and filled out paperwork while Stan made sure the car had been cleaned (we had snow yesterday) and was otherwise ready to go. He also helped me contact my insurer to make the needed changes, showed me every feature of the car we hadn't covered in the test drive, and then I was on my way! More

He is the best salesperson that I ever encountered purchasing a used car or new car. He knew the product so well he was able to explain and demonstrate every feature of the car I bought. I have never had an experience like this. He filled the gas tank before I left. I called my insurance company the next day and found out they had already called and updated my car information. I have never had a dealership do either of those two things.He thoroughly answered every question that I threw at him. I would recommend this gentleman to family, friends and people I have never met. I felt that I was treated fairly and that the service was amazing. I don't like spending money but he made this a good experience. Stan is knowledgeable, polite, and a good listener. I came out of this with the car that I wanted and needed. Please see him if you are in the market for a good car. More
