We were interested in purchasing Hyundai Accent for my sister. We looked up reviews and quotes comparison online on various sites for quite a few dealerships. Finally, we rounded up on Heritage Hyundai sister. We looked up reviews and quotes comparison online on various sites for quite a few dealerships. Finally, we rounded up on Heritage Hyundai of Townson after reading many positive reviews. We had sent an email of interest and received a quick prompt response. Our Sales person Stan responded our inquiry very professionally with all details requested. He looked up the exact model we wanted and had it ready for us. We received a respectable quote and final price. Most part of our deal was already finalized without even visiting the dealership as we were very very satisfied with professional replies we were receiving. Visiting Dealership in person turned out to be even better experience as staff is very friendly and our sales man Stan was ready for us with all information and documents to complete our purchase. He provided us all details and information regarding car, it's features and even after we picked up our car he called to inquire if everything is good, and asked us to give him a call anytime if have any question. I would definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai and working with Stan. Many dealers will offer you a high expectations until they have your money, but at Heritage Hyundai from our experience with Stan, we have no doubt that here they meet every expectation and are always happy to respond to any questions even after making a purchase. My experience with Heritage Hyundai Towson was excellent. My salesperson, Stanley Gabrovski, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience at this dealership! I have been to many dealerships in the Baltimore area looking for a new/used car. Out of all of the dealers and the variety of cars this is by FAR the best. The to many dealerships in the Baltimore area looking for a new/used car. Out of all of the dealers and the variety of cars this is by FAR the best. The salesman were friendly, not pushy, and worked with me to get to a price that I was comfortable with. I was purchasing my first car and I could not have had a better experience. I love the car I was sold and it definitely is up to the quality it should be. I definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai of Towson as a dealership! More

The dealership staff was people oriented, patient and price aware. Everyone we dealt with was able to successfully communicate. Jason, the sales manager, coordinated our seamless sales experience as we w price aware. Everyone we dealt with was able to successfully communicate. Jason, the sales manager, coordinated our seamless sales experience as we were actually served by two different sales people during the process. Nobody asked stupid questions. They were more focused on listening to what we were asking and what we needed during our visits to the dealership. When we asked for a bottomline price, we got just that. The process was fairly stress free like it should be--even down to our dealings with Justin, the business/finance manager. Stan did the best orientation to a car that we ever had. We have already recommended this dealership to two other parties. More

I was very apprehensive and defensive about car dealers based on previous attempts to buy a vehicle. The staff ,especially Stan Grabowski and the finance person completely changed my opinion. I have nothing bad to say about my (and my son's) experience at Towson Hyundai. Everyone was attentive and seemed to go out of their way to try and assist us -- even to the point of offering a decen experience at Towson Hyundai. Stan is the man! He was very patient in finding the exact Hyundai Sonata I wanted. I had my heart set on the the Pacific Blue Pearl color and he found it! We liked this car buying experience because we were given information we requested regarding the car, without the salesman being too pushy or aggressive. He was friendly, and professional.
