By the time I arrived he had already chased off a potential buyer. Looked the car over, noticed and mentioned the windshield had a bit of damage. Nick checked with the powers that be and confirmed that the windshield would be replaced! Took a test drive. I was also allowed to take the vehicle to my mechanic by myself. No pressure at any time to buy. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The deal was made, my check was accepted even though it would take a few days to transfer funds into my account. I picked it up the following day, a Friday, and it had a beautiful new windshield. A final maintenance check was completed and Nick followed me so I could drop off my vehicle and I took him back to work. By Monday there were a few minor issues. I showed up at the dealership and they were dealt with promptly no questions asked. Very happy FJ Cruiser driver! More

They are no pressure guys that let me make my own decisions rather than being pushy sales guys. They gave me options for the Gap Insurance and extended warranty without pressuring me to buy (although I ended up getting both). Stan Shabalin worked on my financing and even kept working the next day to get me an even better APR and better loan terms than my original loan - which in the long run is saving me a lot of money! These guys are legit. They have a huge variety and selection of cars, and the staff was nothing less than amazing! I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I went in on a Saturday really late at night and spoke with Stan, awesome person by the way, and was trying to get me a car but at that time most of t I went in on a Saturday really late at night and spoke with Stan, awesome person by the way, and was trying to get me a car but at that time most of the banks were closed so he wanted me to come in the next day. So Sunday I went in and Stan got me a bank that would finance me and Alfred & Ramil did the rest to get me into my new car. The service was awesome, they made sure my family was comfortable, fed, etc. I definitely will be going back and thanks Stan, Alfred, and Ramil. Auto City is definitely a recommended place to shop for cars. OH! one more thing, they have good cars in that lot! Thanks guys. More
