They are the worst service department I have ever worked with. When you purchase a new car, have it serviced and purchased additional equipment at time of new car purchase at the same dealership the sales d with. When the issue was pushed I was told that while in the same building, the service department and sales department were operated completely separately and do not work as a team. How ridiculous is that?? If I didn’t purchase a Honda extended warranty and Zurich warranty's with my car purchase I would never come back here. I had a wonderful experience in the sales department to the point that I purchased 3 brand new cars in the same year but after my multiple poor experiences in the service department I will not buy another car from a Piazza dealership. More
