I bought the tire insurance when I purchased my crv. I got a flat on Monday and called the service department. They told me to bring it up and they’d take care of it. It was done in 30mins. Great customer service again from these guys. More

If you could give someone a 0 rating on DealerRater, Stanley C (Stan) would deserve a 0 rating. His customer service, bedside manner and ability to manage a proficient, customer-focused service staff is Stanley C (Stan) would deserve a 0 rating. His customer service, bedside manner and ability to manage a proficient, customer-focused service staff is disappointing and lack luster. It causes warrant to Honda Corporate to investigate their service staff. Stan does not follow through with open claims that he promises to investigate. I experienced an issue where his technicians caused damage to my vehicle during maintenance and I opened a claim and never heard a word from him again. He was banking on me forgetting about it, which is unethical. Stan’s service technicians are, without a doubt, inexperienced with Honda vehicles and have no training when it comes it customer service - which isn’t a surprise because Stan is at the helm. Do not deal with Stanley C (Stan). You will be dealing with an unethical person who doesn’t value customers and acts in self-interest. More
