Stanley Chilkotowsky was fantastic I came in for an airbag recall and asked if an arm-wrest could be replaced. Stanley greeted me professionally and processed my paperwork quickly. He s I came in for an airbag recall and asked if an arm-wrest could be replaced. Stanley greeted me professionally and processed my paperwork quickly. He said he'd see what they could do about the arm-wrest but that he couldn't guarantee it would be done since it was a non-OEM part. To my great surprise, when I picked up the Pilot, I was told they were able to replace the arm-wrest...at no charge! Thank you to Stanley and the Service team for providing me with such a fantastic customer experience. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield to others. More

Oil seals leak Was advised during maintenance visit in May of oil seals leaking and requested to bring my car back in a few months for replacement of the seals . Great Service I stopped in with a code of B16 and was quickly waited on in Express Service. The code was explained to me as well as the price and i signed the orde I stopped in with a code of B16 and was quickly waited on in Express Service. The code was explained to me as well as the price and i signed the order. All work started immediately and i was finished in less than an hour. It was a great experience I worked with the two gentlemen in Express on Friday/ 9/21. I am not sure of their names. More
