The wait time was not long and Mike the service rep was great, he listened as I explained about tire pressure light, needing an oil change and the back light being out. You guys are great, I love my car and how you take care of my car. I love this Honda dealership😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 More

Oil change and nail in tire I bought my Lexus from Piazza Honda of Springfield, when deciding whether or not to get my oriole changed at Alexis dealership or to go to the Honda I bought my Lexus from Piazza Honda of Springfield, when deciding whether or not to get my oriole changed at Alexis dealership or to go to the Honda dealership which I bought the vehicle from, I decided on Piazza Honda. They got my car in as soon as possible and even found a nail in my tire Which they were able to fix. They definitely took care me and it was the first time I’ve ever been to a dealership where I went in and out without them trying to haggle me to purchase additional services Or make claims that I needed more done on my car. They were very polite and professional and I definitely recommend this dealership for both sales and service! More

Just the opposite is felt: if they can save me money, they will. I will continue taking my car to this service department. More

Frack Crinite @ Honda is my favorite person! Frank does not Hoover my space like most salesman do. I’m very picky. being a difficult woman, I’m also very indecisive. Frank has so much experience Frank does not Hoover my space like most salesman do. I’m very picky. being a difficult woman, I’m also very indecisive. Frank has so much experience he knows exactly what to do with a woman like me. I told him what I needed, but I like to be flashy with a hot looking car with a massive budget, and a nasty bankruptcy in my financial history. Guess who pulled thru to give me exactly what I wanted, needed and loved: Top of the line trim civic touring in bright red, so bright you can see me 10 blocks away lol I recommend everyone to come here, they are reliable and when sometime is wrong they will go out of their way to help you. “They”- as in the mechanics there as well too. Oil change are in and out. Let’s not forget the FREE COFFEE! Ha! I have referred a lot of friends & Family members to this dealer ship before any other place in the world More

He s I came in for an airbag recall and asked if an arm-wrest could be replaced. Stanley greeted me professionally and processed my paperwork quickly. He said he'd see what they could do about the arm-wrest but that he couldn't guarantee it would be done since it was a non-OEM part. To my great surprise, when I picked up the Pilot, I was told they were able to replace the arm-wrest...at no charge! Thank you to Stanley and the Service team for providing me with such a fantastic customer experience. I'll definitely be back and will recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield to others. More
