Car buying can be a harrowing experience if you work the wrong person, but this was not the case with Stanley. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process, he was patient with me going over the terms and conditions in detail, and provided an excellent level of communication so that I was always aware of where we were in the process. Overall it was just a friendly and pleasant experience. Also, when I went to drive the car off the lot, I noticed that there was a chip in the windshield. I brought this to the attention of the dealership and they took care of it without any issue or hassle. I bring this up to show another example of the good customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Stanley and Leith Honda. I would definitely recommend Stanley and Leith Honda if you are looking for a vehicle. More

I did not feel like we rushed the buying process, he took his time and went over all paperwork and spent time answering questions even though it was close to closing time. He showed me around the entire dealership including the parts department and mechanic shop. He was genuinely enthusiastic about working for Leith and selling cars. His ability to take the time and teach me all of the features of the car before test driving and then showing me how it handles in different situations was just amazing. I had looked at this same car at a different dealership and did not get any of this knowledge and help. Stanley is definitely why I chose to purchase the Honda Accord at Leith Honda! The business manager worked really hard to get my financing approved as well. Overall, a great experience! More

He really helped me weigh my options, offered honest opinions, and gave me a sterling test drive/demonstration that really sold me on the car. His manager was willing to work with me to find the best deal and both he and Stanley seemed to be quite genuine in wanting to help me end up with the car and the deal I wanted. I've been in high pressure sales experiences before and thus loathed buying cars, but they made it super easy and pleasant.
