Everytime i go in for service there is something that i am no longer covered for. Never fails! I was told i would be covered for oil changes/regular maintenance, they covered about 5 and then i had to pay am no longer covered for. Never fails! Another situation i went for an oil change and to check one of my tires that had a nail in it, asked to get it looked it and the rep asked me”you know you could just get it plugged at any flat fix shop for about $5” I told her that i was paying for a tire protection plan, included in my monthly payment, and she still insisted by saying”its only $5 though” to which i replied “ i pay every month though”, very unprofessional staffs all the time.
