Very friendly staff! Everyone was super. However, after returning home with the car, one of the tail lights and a small light under the headlight was out. I took the car b Everyone was super. However, after returning home with the car, one of the tail lights and a small light under the headlight was out. I took the car back up the next day and they fixed the tail light. Still got to go back to have the other light fixed because they didn’t have anyone there to fix it that. Also, a little disappointed my car only came with one set of keys and the key I did receive is slightly bent. More

False advertisement I would never do business with this dealer again. Advertised about their $79 done deal sale event so we went there at 4:30 in the morning to sit in li I would never do business with this dealer again. Advertised about their $79 done deal sale event so we went there at 4:30 in the morning to sit in line for a chance at one of these “deals”. I even contacted a dealer the day before and asked about my chances considering my credit situation and this salesman told me credit is not an issue, all that I needed was a drifer’s license. So after waiting in the cold for 3 and a half hours with 3 hours of rigamarol we walked away with nothing. We were lied to, so we would show up to sham of an event just to be talked into the same old run around every dealership does. I understood we were looking at the bottom of the used car selection but the fact that we were lied to show up as early as we did and came away with nothing, and told there was nothing they could do. Even offering $2000 down, the salesperson still said there was no way. This dealer is just a big fraud and does not honor their advertisements. More

Best car purchasing experience ever After expanding my search to 200 miles, I found my car at Wallace Nissan/Mitsubishi of Kingsport. I made an e-mail inquiry and had a response shortly there after from Stephanie Brobeck, with a wonderful personality and easy to work with, making the 4 hour drive was a no brainer. After arriving, Stephanie had everything lined up and ready to go, and working with her and Jerry Sproles in finance made this purchase so easy, they took care of all inter-state details and I probably spent more time test driving than doing paperwork. As far as car buying goes, it couldn't have been better. Thank you. More

The perks kept coming with detailing, a full gas tank and complete walk through all the gadgets of the vehicle before we drove away. The only thing we were not fully satisfied with was when we went to the financing department to sign the papers we felt rushed and pushed through and didn't feel like we got the attention we needed...thankfully Stephanie and the rest of the crew more than made up for it! Overall we rate 5 stars! We recommend everyone go to Wallace, best employees, service, and the prices are pretty awesome too! More
