We were looking online for a vehicle. Several dealerships contacted us to offer their help. Our sales person, Stephanie Rouleau, contacted us to see if she could help us out. She was very Several dealerships contacted us to offer their help. Our sales person, Stephanie Rouleau, contacted us to see if she could help us out. She was very professional. There was no pressure from her which we appreciated. We weren’t sure if we could purchase a new vehicle or if it would be a used vehicle. Both Stephanie and the used car sales manager worked hard to get us into the new SUV we wanted and kept us within our budget. The level of communication was great and remained pressure free throughout the several days we were deciding whether to move forward with the new vehicle purchase. We are pleased with everyone at John Paul’s Buick GMC dealership. More

David Corneliuson in finance is quite possibly the least professional person at this dealership. He was impossible to get on the phone, he dodged phone calls and emails, he had no concept of how "reply all" professional person at this dealership. He was impossible to get on the phone, he dodged phone calls and emails, he had no concept of how "reply all" works in an email, and was generally rude and it took 3 months to purchase my dead mothers vehicle because of how much this guy delayed dealing with us. He made a terrible situation worse with his antics and was not specific with his correspondence to fill out CARBON COPY paperwork like its the year 1995, which we had to redo 3 times, and mail back and forth paper. The pricing was all over the place, they were a middle man with GM financial and ended up costing us more money than if they had just done the process right the first time with articulate instructions. I will not ever be recommending John Pauls Buick to any of my family in Wisconsin. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere. More
