Southern ford is extremely efficient and I he online communication is good. The availability is a little competitive as you may have to wait up to a week to get an appointment but once you have one you communication is good. She left a voice mail with no return call. Stephanie never got the voice mails. We have been with her for a long time. Since southern took over getting an appointment sucks!!!! More
