DO NOT POST THIS Service/detail department is excellent. Salesperson, Melissa, was ok, did not always follow up with issues I was having (and continue to have) with t Service/detail department is excellent. Salesperson, Melissa, was ok, did not always follow up with issues I was having (and continue to have) with the technology. I would have preferred a more thorough run through/set up of all of the things in the car. The run through was done in a different car as my car needed to have a tow hitch installed and we tried to save time by doing the run through while my car was being worked on. Then I needed to make new appt to come back to have the tow hitch installed as I was not told it would take several hours and there was no loaner available for me. More

Stephen Jean was very good. He gets a 5 star rating. Very knowledgeable and took the time with us even though his day was finished at 6 pm. He wanted for us to arrive.
