I had a less then good experience at Lexus of Orange. The sales manager tried to charge me over $1,000. To remove tinting on my trade in or an Acura TL with factory tinting, bought from a NY Dealer. After losing confidence in him, I was told there was 2 keys to the used Lexus I bought. Then they said, sorry there is only 1 key and when I questioned this statement, I was told they could do nothing about it! Knowing, they could at least offer me one at cost. Then my car was not properly prepared for me and I had to return for new rotors & pads. I would not trust the sales manager to treat you fairly. My salesman Terrel was fantastic. More

I was very satisfied with my car buying experience. I purchased a used car sight unseen and had it shipped to me in another state. The process was very smooth.
