Not customers oriented dealership I am not an experienced customer and was taken advantage. I take full responsibility for what happened. However, would it not be a money hungry dealer I am not an experienced customer and was taken advantage. I take full responsibility for what happened. However, would it not be a money hungry dealer I most likely would be handled better. I brought two high end cars and got lowest price for both. In return, I was given a base model SUV Lexus. One of my cars was sold at $5,000 profit and another one is still on a parking lot priced for another profit. I would not recommend to use this dealership, unless you do your homework, know your numbers and stay on your price solid. I did not do my homework and the result was poor. I was rushed to make a deal, Stephen felt our resistance and persuaded us to make a deal. My first and last mistake of this magnitude. I will drive this car for three years, return it back and will not have any business with such dealership. More

I had to get my Lexus maintenance and orange county Lexus came and picked up my vehicle and dropped off a loaner did all the work and then brought my vehicle to me and picked up a loaner.
