They are extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo brand, which sets them apart from the typical "auto mall" stores-they only sell the one brand and believe in it. From sales, to parts to servicing, Steingold cannot be beat. You'll also get the best deal here. All of the staff are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The fact that they added a Starbucks coffee vending store makes the visit even more pleasant. Once my wife's Saab expires, we'll be back for another Volvo! More

They quickly reviewed my trade in, put together an offer and took all my key info in case I decided to purchase as I had commitments to get to. I was only there for 45 minutes max. After a quick follow-up call, we came to an agreement and finalized the deal via call/text/e-mail.....pain free. Pick up was smooth and quick as all the paperwork was ready upon arrival.
