I have noticed a definite decline in this service center over past 10 years. They are not as helpful and friendly and prices are way too high. I try to have oil changes and maintenance done by Subaru dealer over past 10 years. They are not as helpful and friendly and prices are way too high. Steve C. and his service team were able to fit an oil change in on my car while my wife was purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They were very professional change in on my car while my wife was purchasing a new vehicle. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. They were very professional and were very accommodating while we were in the process of buying a new vehicle as well. They’ve always ensured we are taken care of and all our needs were met. Thank you to Yark Subaru service team for always taking care of me! This was a dual visit. While my car was being serviced, my wife was buying a new vehicle. Jennifer has been our sales rep for 4 vehicles now and we are always impressed and comfortable with Jennifer. She has always taken care of us and always made sure my wife was 100% comfortable. Brett has financed 3 vehicles for us now and has always been very friendly and efficient making sure we are taken care of finance Swiss. More

I have been helped by all the service reps. They are very understanding of the situation of very low mileage on both vehicles and have suggested a maintenance program to meet my needs..
