Buying a new Outback was quite enjoyable I feel very fortunate that the first person I met when I walked in to Stateline Subaru was Stephen Chaves! He is an honest car salesman and he made the process of buying a new Outback very enjoyable. He never put any pressure on me because he understood that buying a new car is a very big decision. I was very comfortable talking to him. When I did decide to buy the car, Damian Carvalho showed me how to use and access everything --- Starlink, cruise control, radio and all that. He was very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Again, as with Stephen, I felt very comfortable talking to him. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to Stateline. More

New car purchase I purchased a new Crosstrek from this dealership. Sales people were super frieendly, but I was less than thrilled with the finance guy. Sales Person was great I worked with Steve and he was great. I ended up getting a sale with him ad couldn't be happier. I am however slightly disappointed with how managemen I worked with Steve and he was great. I ended up getting a sale with him ad couldn't be happier. I am however slightly disappointed with how management handled the manning of the promotional event that was going on. I completely expected a little more of a delay but I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours after i signed the financial paperwork just to get my car. They had it detailed in about 45 mins and then I had to keep walking back into the sale room to try and get the attention of my sales person. Who was now handling another customer. Again I do not fault him one bit but I feel if they hold another promotion then they need to work out the kinks. I had all the attention before the sale and after that I felt like I didnt exist which is unacceptable. That being said Steve will do everything he can to meet your requirements. More
