I needed an AC repair which was straightforward and smartphone connection issue that turned to be really complicated. They have to diagnose and replace one link in the chain of electronics setup after another; it ended up that with full audio unit replacement. However, they charged me only for the final piece that was a key to solution. Stephen kept me informed about all steps and was honest about expectations I should have. He get on the level with me with technical details when I asked. They gave me a free warranty for the replaced parts, too. What was also very important to me, he offered me a loaner straight from the beginning when it he estimated that the repairs may take a few days. This was extremely helpful. I appreciate the Stephen's and his team dedication in helping me out, as well as friendly environment at the dealership. I actually bought my car from them before, and I am glad that experience with service was on par, too. Many thanks; if I ever have another complicated issue, I will definitely come again. More
