I needed an AC repair which was straightforward and smartphone connection issue that turned to be really complicated. The latter was not easy to diagnose and solving it took several attempts - which, h smartphone connection issue that turned to be really complicated. The latter was not easy to diagnose and solving it took several attempts - which, however, was totally justifiable. They have to diagnose and replace one link in the chain of electronics setup after another; it ended up that with full audio unit replacement. However, they charged me only for the final piece that was a key to solution. Stephen kept me informed about all steps and was honest about expectations I should have. He get on the level with me with technical details when I asked. They gave me a free warranty for the replaced parts, too. What was also very important to me, he offered me a loaner straight from the beginning when it he estimated that the repairs may take a few days. This was extremely helpful. I appreciate the Stephen's and his team dedication in helping me out, as well as friendly environment at the dealership. I actually bought my car from them before, and I am glad that experience with service was on par, too. Many thanks; if I ever have another complicated issue, I will definitely come again. More
