From my first email inquiring if the vehicle was still available, I experienced nothing but I purchased a 2014 Porsche Boxster from this dealership. From my first email inquiring if the vehicle was still available, I experienced nothing but exceptional communications and professional service from all individuals. Steve Dimuzio was the salesperson who responded to my email 2 minutes after I sent it. Steve was incredible with his communication and working with us on the trade in of my BMW. When we went to pick up the car, Steve told me that in the final detailing of the car, the service department found a small chip in the windshield and the dealership would replace the windshield. The chip was so small that Steve had to point it out to me. I was impressed that the car would not be sold with that small defect. I highly recommend Steve Dimuzio and this Mercedes Benz dealership in Bonita Springs. More
