I went there at least 3x drove various cars and got schooled on a lot of the different options BMW has to offer..... Here we are are January 2018 and I got the perfect car, it has everything I wanted. Perfect price as well!!! I know I drove them all crazy but they were all patient with me. (430XIConvertible) More

buying experience This the second time I've bought cars from BMW of Tenafly , both times I had excellent experience especially the second time around was very impressi This the second time I've bought cars from BMW of Tenafly , both times I had excellent experience especially the second time around was very impressive,the salesman Angelo worked very hard to make the deal go through he was very nice man also the sales manager Jason Lee went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me when the brand new X3 was delivered to my house with faulty battery all it took is a phone call to Jason and the car was picked up within one hour and was taken care of and back to my house within 3 hours with about $500 worth of gifts just to say sorry for the inconvenience this should tell you that this dealership is not about selling cars only it is about customer service too,THANK YOU JASON, over all the experience was above impressive,try this dealer ship you are not going to go wrong. More

They are the best team I ever worked with!! Stephen is very prefessional and he made me feel very comfortable while finalizing my leasing process. Steven has helped me a lot on deciding which dealership to choose and which one is worth my trust for the next 3 years. Unlike most of the salespeople I have dealt with my previous years at BMW, he was exceptionally supportive, gentle and reasonable that I did not hesitate to switch off my dealership at first visit. Cristali, she is the best! She is such a smart, loving, caring salesperson I have ever met!! She is very honest and understands how hard it could be for a woman to deal with numbers at a dealership.
