WHen it came time to finding me a new X3, he took the time to find me what I wanted and worked on my criteria in its entirety. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. All my service experiences have also been great so far at Bmw of tenafly. The tech person took his time to explain all the new high tech features.
