The car we bought had no pictures online given it had just been posted but Stephen was quick to send over pictures and information on the car. That same day we test drove it and bought the vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Stephen as he knows the vehicles they’re selling, friendly, stayed after hours to close the deal, and we were made felt every question we had was answered. He truly made sure we got the best deal possible. I would say his top skill set is how fast he is in getting back to you before and even after the purchase of the car. I’m very satisfied to have gone through Corwin and Stephen. More

Worst car buying experience Bought a $33000 “certified Ford Explorer”. Initially found the vehicle online since I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. Had salesman check out the Bought a $33000 “certified Ford Explorer”. Initially found the vehicle online since I live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. Had salesman check out the vehicle since there were no pictures of the vehicle online yet just an ad that says it is certified. End up buying the vehicle and driving to the dealership based off the salesman saying the paint and everything was in awesome condition. Turns the entire car had been repainted, not very good at that. Apparently in the process of checking out the car couldn’t see fish eyes in the paint, an area on the car that has no clear coat, bubbling in the paint on the hood, clear coat overspray on the trim pieces and in the door jambs, also on the windows. But apparently it still qualifies to be certified? Even though they don’t know if the car has been completely rebuilt? Doesn’t sounds right to me. Was also told the vehicle stereo software could be updated to work with Apple CarPlay cause that was important to us, nope doesn’t have the right stereo in it. That’s $2000 to replace. Asked to talk to the main GM Mario and he tells me I should have looked over the car better after I literally drove 5 hours round trip to go buy it. It was 730 at night. He was disrespectful and not helpful at all, he tells me if I’d like to trade the car in they could try to get me in to something else (and that I would probably lose a little bit of money doing that, literally within 24 hours of buying it. I was also told the ford certified vehicle paperwork that your suppose to get would have to be mailed to me after the manager checks through it the next day and signs off on it, which the manager is physically suppose to be checking the vehicle to make sure it actually qualifies to be a ford certified vehicle, so not really sure how that works. Still haven’t received this paperwork nearly 2 months after buying this SUV. Unbelievable that this dealership is still open, seemed ok until you signed paperwork then they could care less. I was misled, lied to and ultimately left hanging after spending $40000 after tax and warranty and everything. I wouldn’t ever recommend going Stephen or Mario for anything. More

When Stephen It turned out to be a really great experience. Everything went really smooth. We went to Corwin Ford to check out the new Rangers. When Stephen came out, he stayed with us and kept our interest, especially with a really great product. I was later surprised to be leaving with a 2019 Ford Ranger after only a few hours. Really friendly, courteous, knowledgable and really efficient . Everyone was great at their jobs. First time I really felt great about buying a vehicle. Love the Ranger. More
