The salesman did not do what I asked of him multiple times. I asked for the price breakdown of 3 vehicles and he never showed me them. I asked him to explain certain things and he didn’t come up with go times. I asked for the price breakdown of 3 vehicles and he never showed me them. He was professional at all times and remembered my name and ultimately we worked out a deal that was acceptable but I do feel like the buying experience could have been better if the salesman helped me better with my questions and did as I asked. It was absolutely fabulous. I was greeted at my car by Jason to whom had communicated with Mr. Henderson. They were prepared and had the car ready to test drive that they had brought down from Virginia the night before which they had found a different car since the one I was reviewing sold. They basically overnighted another vehicle which was top notched which also had extra items that I wanted and needed for teaching science and working at the store. Mike, Ryan, and Stephen worked on the numbers very well after Mr. Henderson and I worked on a plan over internet and text. Mike' honesty, explanations of the numbers, enthusiasm and knowledge of the deal was outstanding. Mr. Henderson needs an award for his customer service and building a wonderful team. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and this was the best in buying anything over 20,000...I have bought many tractors and combines...I have had...Jason was outstanding in his attention to detail and making sure paper work was done correctly and showing me all the features on car. So impressed. He gave me a tour of the place, and the service and part people were very nice. Truly and genuine family atmosphere. I only for now will buy from Mr. Henderson and his team. Great Job! Take care of my old Outback...I will take care of my new Forester...Outback went over 279,000 miles with me...cried some on the way home...very happy with the Forester...I am farmgirl that loves a key start!
