All sales and service employees were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to please. The Full Circle Inspection uncovered some needed repairs that required me to leave my car at the dealership, and knowledgeable, and eager to please. I live an hour away and called about a car i was i terested in. Within a hour we negotiated a price i was happy with and left deposit that day and the next day i signed the paperwork. The team over at Hamilton Mazda made the whole car buying process quick and easy. Stephen was attentive and accommodating. I bought a 2024 MX-5. It has malfunctioning computer. I was made to wait 2 weeks for a service appointment. Now I have to wait another week for replacement computer. The Dealership should have expedited this. It is a brand new car. I should not have to wait this long. More
