Back in October when the leather seats were installed. I was given a car from Enterprise rental and it took four days. So my $75. deposit to Enterprise rental has not been returned to me as of yet. Greetings, I came on the 12 of February expecting my second oil change was free (that’s what the dealer told me when I leased the truck) but instead I was told that I had to pay for it. I asked the service guy did you cater to veterans by giving us a discounted rate, since I wasn’t afforded the second oil change as promised for free. He quickly said no, but it’s highly ironic when I come into your showroom and I see veteran this and that. I then went to the paying counter where I asked a young lady who referred me to one of the service managers. Who then assisted me with 10% off ($90). As I drove off I noticed nothing was changed on my dashboard so I went back and they reset it. I then noticed that they did not fill the oil all the way up. Only to 60. Furthermore, my tire sensors (front) are now showing my tires are low and giving me a bad reading. So, my weekend was not a good experience going to your dealership. Thank you. More
