My wife had purchased a brand new chevy traverse and on the sales price a cost for cleaning the car is included, my car was not detailed on the day of sale cause the service side closed. They told us to co the sales price a cost for cleaning the car is included, my car was not detailed on the day of sale cause the service side closed. They told us to come in any day after the sale and they would detail the car, which wife did today and after being there for an hour and a half the car still had dirty smudged windows, under the carpets was still debris and now it had new dirty foot marks in i, and they threw water in the outside. Hour and a half for just water when she could have gone to a car wash place and gotten a better job done in 5 mins. More

The worst service in the planet !! Its been a nightmare bringing my 2013 Chrysler 300c to Miami lakes Chrysler dealer there mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car they Its been a nightmare bringing my 2013 Chrysler 300c to Miami lakes Chrysler dealer there mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car they sound lost and unsure its been 2 weeks my car is at there shop collecting dust and with a bunch of rookie mechanics worker that they can't tell me if the cars having electrical or mechanical issues it feels frustrating bringing my car to the dealer where they service Chryslers and they don't know what wrong with my car I mean it's not like I took my car to jiffy lube to fix, if the dealer can't fix then who!!! So for anyone considering this dealer think twice before bringing it for service your in for a huge surprise better off taking it to planet Dodge much better and well trained mechanics and great customer service I mean my whole family and friends drive Chrysler and Dodge vehicles and they warned me not to bring it here instead they take it to Planet Dodge !! Well I learned my lesson folks never again will Miami lakes automall catch me here for service or buying my next 2018 Chrysler 300c !!! More
