Harrison was a consummate professional from start to finish. Would have no problem recommending him to any potential car buyer. With regard to management (which of course is always the final decision maker of a price), I do think they held on too tightly to a higher profit than during my many other previous car buying experiences at numerous other dealerships. If it weren't for this car being a very specific (hard to find) used model with all the specs that I wanted, I would have walked on principle alone. But I knew I wouldn't find the vehicle locally and paid a bit more than I thought was fair. But, again, Harrison was...top notch! More
