With regard to management (which of course is always the final decision maker of a price), I do think they held on too tightly to a higher profit than during my many other previous car buying experiences at numerous other dealerships. If it weren't for this car being a very specific (hard to find) used model with all the specs that I wanted, I would have walked on principle alone. But I knew I wouldn't find the vehicle locally and paid a bit more than I thought was fair. But, again, Harrison was...top notch! More
