10 star experience Very pleasant experience… Usually, for me, going to a car dealership is a frustrating event, spending many many hours there feeling like no one is re Very pleasant experience… Usually, for me, going to a car dealership is a frustrating event, spending many many hours there feeling like no one is really listening to what you want. At Tasca On Hartford Avenue in Johnston this was not the case. From the first person that I encountered there jay Fuller to sitting down with the general manager Steve Lawrence, it was a 10 star experience . They affectively listened to my vehicle needs and provided honest accurate information and all in a very timely manner. Even sitting down with the finance guy was A breeze and quick. I drove out of there that same day with a beautiful brand new SUV and a payment that I could live with. The Tasca team in Johnston Rhode Island was professional, courteous and Most important to me really listened to me and what I was looking for in a vehicle, they didn’t waste my time trying to sell me on something I didn’t want. They even tied up all my loose ends for my other vehicle. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating, I’ll give them 10 stars and I will be a repeat customer in years to come. Thanks Tasca team! More

5 BRIGHT GOLD STARS ?????????? As most can attest, the process of shopping, comparing, test driving and finally deciding on a vehicle, new or used, can be quite the ?????????? As most can attest, the process of shopping, comparing, test driving and finally deciding on a vehicle, new or used, can be quite the intimidating endeavor. Especially in my particular state - still owing a hefty loan payoff on my current vehicle. My recent experience at Tasca Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram in Johnston was hands down the most rewarding and delightful experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Recently, my current job required hours of overtime... with no time to commit to my much needed search for a new car. Luckily, my father offered to assist me in the process. Upon arriving at Tasca, my father experienced what he described (several times) as the “red carpet treatment” - shocked that although he was shopping for a used car within a budget - the salesman, Dave Veracruz, treated him no differently than a customer with a hefty wallet. Pulling the requested car up directly in front of the entrance, exiting the vehicle and opening every door, trunk and hood for careful inspection. Sharing extensive knowledge of the vehicles features and history before taking a test drive. My father was so blown away - by the car, by Dave, by the entire experience - he called me immediately to share the news. “This is it - you’re going to love it!” An hour later... I arrived to experience the same “red carpet treatment”. I was immediately sold. Dave was incredibly professional, a wealth of knowledge, courteous, patient and most importantly - honest. A rare trait when shopping for a new or used vehicle. He never pushed or pressured me into the numerous other options available on the lot. He was supportive of my needs and never missed a beat. He promised me - this vehicle was a “gem”. I left, positive and relieved - I found my new car! The following day, I arrived to complete the purchase. Dave was beyond organized - he had already prepped all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival, was patient answering my countless questions, understanding of my financial limits, presented my options in terms I could understand, offered the best available pricing on my trade in - there was no “typical car salesman” banter or mindless sales pitch or b.s. He provided a seamless process and flawless execution all while remaining admirably personable. The calming scent of Tasca Financer Devin Paiva’s lemon lavender office candle put any anxiety and worry I had about the financing negotiations and warranty options so much more enjoyable and at ease than your typical dealership transaction. Not only did he explain every detail of the offer and options available to me - he was down to earth with a welcoming sense of humor and warming personality - even disclosing his favorite scents of Yankee Candles. Just before I drove my new wheels off the lot, Dave took the time to once again provide caring support - ensuring I had proof of updated insurance, connected my mobile phone to the Bluetooth and answered my last minute questions about my new purchase. An experience I won’t soon forget. An experience I will continue to share with anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. I can’t thank you enough, Dave for making my dream of owning a reliable, affordable, safe used vehicle a reality today. You made a customer for life! 5 bright gold stars to you, Dave Veracruz, Devin Paiva and Tasca Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Johnston. I absolutely LOVE my new car!!! More
