Upon arrival, with his incredible knowledge of the operating system, he took me through the entire vehicle and helped me set up my preferences. Then he returned my old lease back to its dealership and took care of all the paperwork for me. Josh takes great pride in his work and it shows. thank you for everything. It was the opportune time as we have a new grandbaby arriving in January and wanted something with a little more room. Our car did not quite fit into parameters of the incentive, but Steve made it work for us. There was low pressure, low pitch, just genuine customer service. That felt great. It made the entire experience worth it. Jay was just as friendly and sincere, a person you felt like you had known and trusted all of your life. Steve, the finance person was also very helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with these three gentlemen....from start to finish. I would take the ride again, when we are ready to purchase/lease again. More
