That being said, you personally exceeded all of my expectations. My expectations were to be frustrated, misled and bamboozled and even lied to at every turn. You, my "Friend", and your company Tasca by extension, did everything I ask of you, and more, and everything you promised me, you fulfilled. I'm 70 years old, I've bought and sold a few cars in my day, The whole experience was the best I have ever had and more than I could ever hope for, and I will be back on my first stop for my next vehicle. Tasca was very accommodating to me. I had an appointment a week out, but I was leaving for Vermont for the holidays in two days. My truck needed repair and I asked the service advisor, I had an appointment a week out, but I was leaving for Vermont for the holidays in two days. My truck needed repair and I asked the service advisor, Jose and Jimmy if they can do the job before I go away instead of a week out, they looked on the computer. They said, bring it in the next day that made my day made my vacation. Actually I didn’t have to worry about driving the vehicle to Vermont needing repairs and while it was in there for repairs, there was a recall on my ram pick up 2021. They also fix that without me even knowing which was great the tasca manages and sales people are outstanding Steve Lawrence and James. The sales person made my buying experience. Awesome very professionally well done James as a veteran is very well spoken nice nice gentleman and Steve gave me a real good deal so good my daughter bought a Jeep Cherokee brand new there also she had a great experience with them. I can’t wait till 2026 when I get my pension because I am going right there and buying a new truck again. Can’t wait. More
