I've had wonderful experiences at flagship motors. Both Steven and Richard have been very accommodating. However, my vehicle went in for repairs a few days ago and upon getting it back, it was trashed Both Steven and Richard have been very accommodating. However, my vehicle went in for repairs a few days ago and upon getting it back, it was trashed. My glove box was open and all my paperwork was thrown all over the passenger seat and floor. Every other time my vehicle has gone in, it has been vacuumed out or at the very least, returned in the same condition it went in. Spending over 2k on one repair is alot of money. Generally when you take your car to mercedes, it is also a experience. This was not the service advisers fault, but more so, the service technicians who handle this stuff. More
