Expedited Service as I was Waiting Stephen greeted me when I pulled up and had all the paperwork ready to go for my recall service on my 2016 Mazda 6. He also told me I could get the tires rotated as well as my oil change, James booked my service appointment and gave me a $20 off coupon for my oil change (thanks James!!) and expedited my vehicle serving since I drove down from the Villages and there were no loaner cars available. James also got me some touch up paint from Parts and had it on my invoice when I was ready to go. The new locations has lots of comfortable seating if you wait along with TV, bottled water, hot chocolate and coffee, and some snacks. Sport Mazda goes the extra mile to make servicing your car comfortable and efficient. Actually my call to Sport Mazda to see if they had a loaner car saved my life as I noticed a problem with my speech and got to the ER as I was having a stroke. Rescheduling my original appointment with James was wonderful as was the concern he expressed for my health. More
