Helpful Employees Overall a good experience, but I called early that morning requesting a loaner car because we were traveling from the Haines City area and needed to a Overall a good experience, but I called early that morning requesting a loaner car because we were traveling from the Haines City area and needed to accomplish some things. I was told by Nick that there would be a car available for us, but after we arrived was told by James we couldn't have it until they determined what the situation was with my car. We ended up waiting for almost 3 hours, for my car to be completed, and we're never allowed to use the loaner. I had been told we would have a car to use and then never granted access, even though it was being held for us. Very disappointing and biggest concern was that we had planned to eat, but had to wait simply because James wasn't able to let us use the loaner. More
