Immediate service required My jag battery died, and the AAA man said I had to get a new one immediately w/o even turning off the ignition after he started it. I called Jaguar & My jag battery died, and the AAA man said I had to get a new one immediately w/o even turning off the ignition after he started it. I called Jaguar & they said to bring it right over. Steven Pavlik, my service rep, found someone to put in a new battery quickly while I waited, and I was good to go within an hour. I really appreciate the great service I received at Land Rover/Jaguar, especially on a busy Monday morning. Thank you! More
