Miss Motorwerks Service Upon arrival, was greeted nicely by a porter. He directed me inside, service rep was not very personable. Felt like I was disturbing him. When asked about expenses and items being preformed, he did not say anything, just "that's what's required and that's the cost". No further explanation. Felt the service required was not necessary, but to keep warranty, you have no choice! Requested a loaner car, they gave me the smallest range rover possible. I drive the largest range rover & other dealers I work with will give you something comparable, if not the same car (Mercedes, BMW). I have clients I must drive with and this was very inconvenient. I appreciate the loaner, but do something better than the littlest car. Pick up was efficient. More

A great buying experience I stopped by to look at a 2019 Jag F-type and worked with David Kaminski as my Brand Ambassador. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. In the process of coming to a final price a couple of the managers, John Nelson and Raul Tomsa, helped with getting to a price difference between their car and my trade-in that made me very comfortable with moving ahead. The whole process from first contact to delivery was absolutely the best car buying experience I have been involved with (and there have been a few!) I would wholehearted recommend them and plan on making the my dealer for service and future purchase considerations. Another area that impressed me was that at one point I stopped by while in the area and David wasn't in that day. Jodi Park stopped by to answer questions and treated me like a "first contact" I thought this was very unusual and commendable. Another employee that impressed me was Steve Pavlik from the service department. While I was waiting for my new car to have plates and stickers changed he gave me a tour of the service department with which I was very impressed. Thanks to all!!! More

Good service experience i stopped in to get a third key "programmed" and was surprised by the length of time it took -- who knew!?! And even though i was there for over an i stopped in to get a third key "programmed" and was surprised by the length of time it took -- who knew!?! And even though i was there for over an hour, waiting, there service team took care of me and other "getting to know your car" issues i was having with my new 2019 RR Autobiography. I was incredibly pleased with their service and professionalism. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because many of the settings of the car had been changed -- seat memory, dashboard configuration, time (switched to 24 hr), etc. Why, i have no idea and i was out of the garage by the time most of this came to my attention. Otherwise, i was quite satisfied. More

Great service and they had a nice loaner for me to use. Car was complete on date promised. Dealership looks great (huge improvement) but I still wish it had a nicer waiting area w amity’s but over all I w Car was complete on date promised.
