A great buying experience I stopped by to look at a 2019 Jag F-type and worked with David Kaminski as my Brand Ambassador. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. In the process of coming to a final price a couple of the managers, John Nelson and Raul Tomsa, helped with getting to a price difference between their car and my trade-in that made me very comfortable with moving ahead. The whole process from first contact to delivery was absolutely the best car buying experience I have been involved with (and there have been a few!) I would wholehearted recommend them and plan on making the my dealer for service and future purchase considerations. Another area that impressed me was that at one point I stopped by while in the area and David wasn't in that day. Jodi Park stopped by to answer questions and treated me like a "first contact" I thought this was very unusual and commendable. Another employee that impressed me was Steve Pavlik from the service department. While I was waiting for my new car to have plates and stickers changed he gave me a tour of the service department with which I was very impressed. Thanks to all!!! More

Good service experience i stopped in to get a third key "programmed" and was surprised by the length of time it took -- who knew!?! And even though i was there for over an i stopped in to get a third key "programmed" and was surprised by the length of time it took -- who knew!?! And even though i was there for over an hour, waiting, there service team took care of me and other "getting to know your car" issues i was having with my new 2019 RR Autobiography. I was incredibly pleased with their service and professionalism. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because many of the settings of the car had been changed -- seat memory, dashboard configuration, time (switched to 24 hr), etc. Why, i have no idea and i was out of the garage by the time most of this came to my attention. Otherwise, i was quite satisfied. More

Great service and they had a nice loaner for me to use. Car was complete on date promised.
