The XC 90 is the best vehicle, short of a handicap van, to provide for our needs. My wife does not want a specialized vehicle. W We just had Seacor detail the car after use of 2 1/2 years. I was able to make an appointment online during a holiday weekend. Unlike experiences at a previous brand, the Volvo system works perfectly! They went as far as to pick me up, 35 min away, so that I could get my car back sooner. Services were performed quickly. Car was washed and vacuumed for me (a pleasant surprise). Service manger, sales manager and my salesman all stopped me to say hello and make sure I was happy. More

However, from the first moment we walked into the showeroom, we had an exceptional experience. Steve and Bob were exceptional to deal with. I hesitate to use the word "sales people" because that connotation in car dealers oftentimes has a negative connotation. They were polite, professional, helpful and thorough. We completed the agreement within 30 minutes. The paperwork, delivery of the car were flawless. Even since delivery, the dealership and Steve has been receptive and helpful. I would highly recommend Secor! More
