Personalized Service My husband purchased a 911 from Steven in December. Steven knew we had a 2 year old at home and limited time so he drew up all the paperwork and personally delivered the car to our house so that we could finish signing the documents at our kitchen table. He even programmed the garage door in the car. It was incredible personalized service. Steven is personable and responsive and best of all, not pushy. He made it such a great buying experience that we purchased another car from him, this time a family Porsche, six months later. We have yet to try the service at Rusnak but if it is anything like the sales department I know we won't be disappointed. More
