I was born and raised in Eastern Iowa on the Mississippi in Clinton. I made a decision in 2002 to move to Des Moines where I started working at Charles Gabus Ford. I've been in the car business for over 2 decades now after managing restaurants for 5 years. My wife and I have been enjoying traveling for many years and finally decided to start our family. My son Tyler was born on March 19th 2017. Other than getting married and moving to Des Moines, he is the best decision I've made in my lifetime. We purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick from Steve/Charles Gabus Ford in April 2023 and the entire process- and all employees we worked with - were exceptional. There was no pressure, pricing was fair and understandable and it was a very professional atmosphere. Our main contacts were Kelly Cornish-Sales (now retired- -enjoy!), Steve Sanders-Sales, Billy Conant- Finance and Britton Ankrum - Delivery Specialist. All were excellent, knowledgeable and professional. (All staff at the front reception area were always professional and helpful as well). Simply a great purchase experience! More

Buying a car from Gabus is one of the best that I have had. Our sales guy Steve was the best and the finance guy Dylan was great. Everyone there treated us like family.
