I was born and raised in Eastern Iowa on the Mississippi in Clinton. I made a decision in 2002 to move to Des Moines where I started working at Charles Gabus Ford. I've been in the car business for over 2 decades now after managing restaurants for 5 years. My wife and I have been enjoying traveling for many years and finally decided to start our family. My son Tyler was born on March 19th 2017. Other than getting married and moving to Des Moines, he is the best decision I've made in my lifetime. I've been a long time customer of Charles Gabus Ford, and have always received exceptional customer service. I had an accident in my '19 Edge, they had a service loaner waiting. While the work was being co have always received exceptional customer service. I had an accident in my '19 Edge, they had a service loaner waiting. While the work was being completed, I called Steve Sanders, and he found the replacement I was looking for. Great communication, and the team at Gabus had me on the road within an hour of making the deal. I highly recommend them because of the service they have always provided! More

We were greeted at the door Saturday and asked if we needed help or seeing someone on the staff. We told him we had an appointment with Steve Sanders. We were about 15 minutes early so I hit the rest room and when I came out he was ready to go. Great experience with Chris in finance also. Everyone at this dealership goes out their way to make sure you have a good experience. Won't hesitate to buy/lease another car from here. We have also had good experiences with service department and body shop in the past. Will definitely let other people know about this dealership!!!!!!! More
